O’Clarify, Prisoner 270B. 

Imprisoned in the Tri-Dimensional Stillwater Prison, O’Clarify was slated for execution due to her multiple counts of disrupting the 4th flow of reality’s Transormatic-Hueflow in 2016, causing the C-Event to occur, as well as illegally reviving herself using forbidden KIABR technology. 

Due to special circumstances regarding her flow of energy reading BLUE-HYPER levels, she has been imprisoned between a compact 12-hour delta-duo-dilation period and subsequently has been quantumly murdered, meaning complete loss of existence until observed. 

However, due to negligence and The 9th Column’s dismissive amounts of funding, she has accidentally been observed by a vulnerable witness who has heard the legends of her power and thus willed her into a stable existence. Using sheer HYPER, she eviscerated 104 safety locks and has now made her way into the main subspace substation of dimension 2 where she has been held, now only needing to make her way out of it and into the re-alignment chamber where she can be reconnected to a stable timeflow and can exercise her unbound will anywhere in the normal universe.
